in 12 board exams i didnt cleared chemistry theory paper but i have passed as aggregate because i had one additional subject (physical Education) and my result is also pass but i didnt gave the comprtment paper.so i wanted to ask can i now give the improvement paper.i want to know when they are held and what is the procedure.my board is delhi board and cbse.please help

Candidates who placed in compartment in Class 10th / 12th exams can reappear in compartmental examination to be held in July/August. CBSE gives total 3 chances to pass compartment exam. If you again fail in compartmental examination, you can get second chance in March/April next year and may further avail himself/herself of the third chance at the compartmental examinations to be held in July/August of that year. A candidate who does not appear or fails in all 3 chances provided, shall be treated to have failed in the examination and shall be required to reappear in all the subjects in order to pass the examination. The candidate shall have the option to appear at the practical examination in the subjects involving practical or retain their previous marks in one more annual examination after the Third Chance Compartment. A candidate placed in compartment shall be allowed to appear only in those subjects in which he/she has been placed in compartment at the Second Chance Compartmental Examination to be held in March/April next year Candidate can carry over their previous practical marks in case the candidate has passed in practical at the main examination.
