actually am a srilankan i studied in india but due to some problem i cant able to write my few final year exams(b.com) but i came bak to sri lanka.so applying for further studies can use my 12th marks.sir in singapore many london course are available so can i apply for it using my 12thmarks sir

You can apply for Bachelors degree with your class 12th marks, but you need to show what you did in the past 3 years (during your Bcom). If you will show a gap during your studies, then visa will be a problem. You can apply from Srilanka as well.
