Actually im preparing for IELTS,and my qurery is at my +2 i got failed and i have only 50%,and in my bsc i have to finish in 3yrs,but i finished in 4 yrs,becaz i went to coaching for medical entrance exam,Is im eligilble to write IELTS????????
