    For Post graduate in Singapore You need to clear IELTS examination with minimum score of 6.0 to 6.5 band and TOEFL .You need to clear your bachelors and you should have very good academics .After that you need to send your SOP(statement of purpose ) along with your academic certificates to the UNIVERSITIES.Then you can apply for the Visa when you will receive the Uni acceptance letter.
