are there any GOOD colleges/universities(like oxford,harvard business school, stanford etc) in UK or USA which take up freshers, i.e. candidates without any work experience?? i am very confused as i know nothing about studying abroad..please help

Yes There are many universities which take Freshers for MBA. GMAT and TOEFL are required for MBA. After you receive your scores you report them to the universities you are applying, get letter of recommendation, official transcripts, and Arrange finances. You apply for Admission via online application and send all your documents through mail. you can Apply to Harvard Business School, University of Pennsylvania(Wharton) or Chicago GSB they have not mentioned any work experience requirement but students applying to these business school on average have 3-5 years of work experience.
