i am presently in my 12 th class and am going to appear for the b-tech courses in the next few months. what i want from u is the names of some of the best engineering institutes of u.k,scotland,u.s,france and Australia,offering b-tech courses, which can give good scholarships on the basis of merit,financial status and scholarship tests; to cover tuition and living costs. please give me a list of such institutes along with annual fees,entry requirements and last date of submission of forms.
