There are many popular universities which accept 15 years of Education. You need to email your profile to the university and they will get back to you if they accept 12+3 years of education for MBA. This information is not provided on the University website.
These are some popular universities which accept 12+3 years of MBA like Harvard Business School, New York University etc.
