Scholarship in Canada depends on your over all academic performance that is from 9th till 12th.

You haven't mentioned which (science) major are you talking about is it Engineering or Medicine.

University of Toronto,McGill University,University of Alberta,University of Ottawa,University of McMaster are few names which offer scholarships but not Full scholarships.
