My brother is educated upto class 8th. He wants to continue education after a gap of 4-5 years. He wants to go for an open exam for class 10th by any accredited board. He lives in Gurgaon and is not comfortable with english. He has completed his earlier education in hindi medium and is not sound economically as he works for a wage of mere 5 thousand per month.
The information that is required here is:
~ Which board to approach?
~How to approach?
~What would be the fee for examination((Hindi as medium of learning) and where can he get the books.
~When can he apply?
Thanks in Advance
