Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend has atempted GRE twice. 1st attempt: Q-790, V-510, AWA-3.5. 2nd attempt: Q-800, V-590. He has a CGPA of 6.99. He is in Final year of B.E. Computer Engineering in Thapar University, Patiala. In 12th, he got 87.8%. In 10th, he got 82.8%. He wants to do an MS in Management of Information Systems(MIS) in US. He is applying in the following colleges.
Plz tell me about his chances.

Hello. i m Yash,currently doing 3 yrs diploma in IT, DY PATIL MUMBAI. after 10th .This is my final year and i am hoping to get above 82-85%. i would like to do my engineering in IT in USA , what are the procedures , are diploma students allowed to give TOEFL and SAT, i would try for the top 10 universities, like Standford,Princeton, MIT,Harvard etc etc.Please explain further procedures.

H.S.C Passed from Maharashtra Board. T.Y.B.Com From Mumbai University Other Certificate and Training MS-CIT Certified. JCHNP (Jetking Certified Hardware and Networking Professional). I've scored very low in GRE (970) and my TOEFL score is(102).
Could you tell me which are the possible universities( Computer Engineering) that I could expect admit and funding from? (Canada/U.S)?
I have 2 years work experience in the same field of Computer Engineering.
