Course:B.tech, Name of Institute: Mukesh Patel School Of Technology And Management Education' Status:Deemed, Board:NMIMS, Approved by UGC, NOT Approved by AICTE, Are there any problems for elibility for IIM and other MBA collges and also M.Tech colleges if the B.Tech degree is from a UGC approved college which is NOT AICTE approved.is the degree recognised by the premier intitutes in india and abroad?

UGC's recognition for the college for Higher studies courses not for the Technical courses. If your colleges is not recognised by the AICTE than the B.Tech degree from this institute will be not accepted by the Technical institutes like IIM's and other premier institutions for further studies.
