Dear sir,
1)For admission to top universities in australia like the ANU, for under graduate study in Commerce, what academic record in the maharashtra state board would give you a good chance of securing admission?
2)Are 11th grade results considered for admissions to what extent,-qualification or merit based?

To get admission into the top- end universities you need to have around 85% in year 12th with mathematics as a pre- requisite for most of the courses. Basically your year 10th grades are considered for admission and you can get an conditional offer on it's basis.
