dear sir , i have a query about Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. On the UGC website the status of the university is given as 'Deemed to be' university and for the courses under distance mode 'Courses to be approved by UGC -AICTE-DEC Joint Committee'. What does this mean?? Is their degree b.tech. degree through distance mode accepted in govt. organizations and institutions?

This university is approved by the UGC and HRD ministry of India, and its course are also approved by UGC.
This degree is accepted and recognized in Govt. organization and accepted in institutions.
