Post graduate management course in marketing and HR should have given you a right break in career with good salary. It does happen that students are not able to find good jobs some times. It would be advisable to keep applying in good companies for interviews for better job options. Another course in management after PGDM in marketing and HR would not be advisable. It would be best to go for SAP courses considering the academic and professional experience. These courses will provide you good salary too.
