Dear sir/Madam I have passed my 12th Exams and prepraed for B.tech entrance exams for the Top institute like IIT, Delhi college of Engineering. However I could not make any good institute. Can you please suggest some good institute for B.tech courses where placement is good and admission is still open and are on the merit basis . My AIEEE rank is 166494.
