Dear. Sir/Madam I would like to complete my graduation in Electronic and telecom, had completed my diploma in the same during winter 2000, please suggest me the best University which grants Degree through correspondence and is recognised by all. I checked Anna university but they havent mentioned any for correspondence, how is IETE? is it better than RVDU???? which University holds the most value and is recognized by all for correspondence, please do guide me.
