hi iam doing my undergraduation in BE(electriconics and communication engg). i would like to do MS in computer science or electrical engineering. which branch is more suitable for my undergraduation? will i be able to take up networking specialization if i take up MS electrical engineering?

You can select either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering both are good streams. If you want specialization in Networking in that case you need to pursue Computer Science not Electrical Engineering. Check this link for more information on US Education.
