Hi, I've completed my B.E from anna university(tamil nadu) with 83%.I would like to pursue M.S in embedded systems ,mobile communication or any communication engineering. Can you list me the univerisities which best suit my department? Is it worth writing GRE in the month of december for 2009 fall admission?

yes you can take GRE in December and then you can target universities which have deadlines in January until March/April.
