Hi Mohammed. For MS in the US, you are required to appear for the GRE and TOEFL. There are hardly any reputed universities in teh US which offer specialized masters in Instrumentation. You can apply for Masters in EE and choose Instrumentation as a specialization. The good universities for EE are Massachusetts Institute of Technology Stanford University (CA) University of California?Berkeley University of Illinois?Urbana-Champaign California Institute of Technology University of Michigan?Ann Arbor Carnegie Mellon University (PA) Georgia Institute of Technology Cornell University (NY) University of Texas?Austin Princeton University (NJ) Purdue University?West Lafayette (IN) University of California?Los Angeles (Samueli) University of Maryland?College Park (Clark) University of Southern California (Viterbi) University of California?San Diego (Jacobs) University of Washington University of Wisconsin?Madison Johns Hopkins University (Whiting) (MD) Ohio State University Pennsylvania State University?University Park Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (NY) Rice University (Brown) (TX) University of California?Santa Barbara Columbia University (Fu Foundation) (NY) Texas A&M University?College Station (Look) University of Minnesota?Twin Cities Virginia Tech Arizona State University (Fulton) Duke University (NC) North-western University (McCormick) (IL) University of Florida North Carolina State University University of Arizona University of California?Davis University of Colorado?Boulder University of Pennsylvania Iowa State University University of Virginia Washington University in St. Louis (Sever) Yale University (CT) Michigan State University University of California?Irvine (Samueli) Brown University (RI) Case Western Reserve University (OH) University of Massachusetts?Amherst University of Notre Dame (IN) Vanderbilt University (TN) Auburn University (Ginn) (AL) Northeastern University (MA) Boston University Colorado State University Dartmouth College (Thayer) (NH) Drexel University (PA) Lehigh University (Rossin) (PA) Rutgers State University?New Brunswick (NJ) University of Iowa University of Missouri?Rolla University of Rochester (NY) University of Utah Oregon State University SUNY?Stony Brook Texas Tech University University of Delaware University of Illinois?Chicago University of New Mexico University of Pittsburgh Worcester Polytechnic Institute (MA) Clemson University (SC) Polytechnic University (NY) Southern Methodist University (TX) Syracuse University (NY) University at Buffalo?SUNY University of Central Florida University of Connecticut University of Tennessee?Knoxville Illinois Institute of Technology (Armour) Stevens Institute of Technology (Schaefer) (NJ) Tufts University (MA) University of Nebraska?Lincoln University of North Carolina?Charlotte (Lee) University of Texas?Dallas Washington State University Regards, US Counsellor.
