hi, m m.sc in agriculture hons. major in agri. economics a nd PGDBA marketing from india. i need information on one year diplomas or certificates from business management or IT for skill enhancement from US .what is procedure if somebody is already in US on visiter visa?

You are not eligible for Diploma or Certificate program as an international student you can pursue a Degree program you would not get Student visa for Short Term programs. You cannot pursue these courses on a Tourist Visa (B1/B2) Check this link for more information on US Education.
