hi , my gre score is 1420...Q-770...V-650...toefl-102..i m applying for fall 2009 for ms in electrical engineering....i am currently in 4th year doing B.E in electronics and telecommunication from mumbai university and my total aggregate after completing 3 years is 57%...i want to know what range of universities according to ranking of the electrical dept should i apply in...i am providing some of my shortlisted universities... u of southern California.
