Hi Sir, I am planning for Masters in Engineering Management in US coming fall 09. Is GRE and TOEFL score necessary to be sent when we apply to any good university in US or can we send it later? The reason being that I wanna start applying in Oct itself to get the advantage of early application but I am giving my GRE and TOEFL Nov end 09. Please guide. Praveesh.

Yes you need to report your GRE/TOEFL scores to the universities when you fill the online application and send other documents. GRE and TOEFL scores should not be sent later.
If you are taking GRE and TOEFL in November in this case target universities which have deadlines in December until April. Also if you plan to apply to universities which have deadlines in October in this case email the Department and letting them know that you will be reporting the scores later. So your application will be on hold until they receive your GRE and TOEFL score.
