There is no grade system for universities in USA Education. Academic bodies and independent authorities review universities in USA as per their academic performance and excellence every year. If you join a MS in Economics in an average accredited university (where economics faculty is comparatively average and industry placements & collaboration is not enough) and perform well in your academics in the first year you may transfer your credits to another top university which is offering a top MS in Economics program. Ultimately it’s depends upon individuals academic performance, how well you perform in your study.
