I am a 2006 commerce graduate with not an impressive educational background. I scored 72% in my 10th standard, 49.8% in 12Th standard and 63% in my graduation. I appeared for CAT 2006 but could not make it though the paper was easy and i could have made it but unfortunately could not. Then I joined GENPACT which is a BPO company. I could not appear for CAT 2007 as i was selected to go to the US to trasition a process. I have been working for our external client Merrill Lynch for lat one year. Got my first promotion within a year which take atleast 18 months as i was the top performer for since i joined the company. I will again appear for CAT this year. What chances do i stand to make it to the IIMs. My only worry is my not impressive educational background. Be frank please.
