I AM A 23 YEARS OLD SRILANKAN EDUCATED FROM 10TH Std IN INDIA AND NOW COMPLETED MY Bachelor of Engineering in ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION in SRM enineering college in india. I wish to do my postgrauation in a world wide recognized university somewhere out of india. Will you please advise me where can I do it ? As I am not afford to spend heavy tution fee looking for a place with a resonable fee.--aravinth

There are number of universities abroad from where you can do post graduation abroad.
Some countries which would be economical for doing masters in engineering are Singapore and Germany.
One can also apply for scholarships and education loan if you are not able to manage your finances for education.
