I am a BTECH graduate in ELECTRONICS&COMMUNICATION.I am a fresher.I want to do an MBA/PGDM fron either NEWZEALAND or IRELAND.Also my main motive is to settle.Please guide me which country would be best for me .

Since you are a fresher,its not possible for you to do MBA from New Zealand.For studying MBA from New Zealand,you need to have a good Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years experience.
You can look for MBA from Ireland.Though most of the universities in Ireland requires minimum 2 years experience to do MBA,but there are some university like Dublin Business School having MBA for freshers.For details: MBA Institute in Ireland.
