i am doin my B.tech in Electronics and telecommunication.I would like to know which course would be better for me to choose for masters.can i get a course in robotics or artificial intelligence

You can look for Masters in Electronics & telecommunication Engineeering from UK.You can also look for Masters in Robotics & Artificial intelligence from UK.Masters degree is one year duration in UK.You can look for Masters in Intelligent Systems and Robotics from De Montfort University,Robotics and Automation from University of Salford,Advanced Mobile Robotics from University of Essex etc.
