i am from India, a BA pass graduate with no experience. i did my CCNA, CCIE Voice written. i want to do 1 yr undergraduate or PG level course on computer networking in usa. after my study if i get sponsor, i'd like to get H1B visa. which one year education in usa will fulfill my (10+2+3+1)=16 years education? because i have 15 years education. are there any work visa apart from H1B visa and what is the minimum education requirements for that. please advice which institute will be better for me. i'd like to avoid entrance exams like gre etc. i am fluent in English.

You can pursue diploma for one year which can add up to 16 years of education. For any Master program in the US you need to take GRE and TOEFL. Work permit comes after you have completed your degree.
