The regulation of the practice of foreign law varies across Australia.Four Australian jurisdictions (New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital. Territory and the Northern Territory) have enacted similar legislation, based on the model Practice of Foreign Law Bill. Please check with Australian Law society for the recognisation of your degree.
