I am planning to do PGDBA from Symbiosis Distance Learning center. Is it as good as doing correspondence MBA from ICFAI or any other University?
Is PGDBA equivalent to an MBA degree ?
I have heared that for promotion purpose in Corporate world an a Mastrer's Degree is Management is required will a PGDBA(a diploma course) suffice for that ?

For purpose of jobs in corporate sector PGDBA is considered to be equivalent or even superior sometimes. Like PGP form IIM's cam be found in top positions in corporate sector. If having opportunity to pursue MBA / PGDBA through regular it would be more preferable over correspondence. If not possible then you may certainly go for MBA through correspondence, however there is no ranking available to confirm regarding correspondence MBA to suggest if one is better over the other.
