i am planning to go to australia for bachelor in nursing, as i am studying proficiency certificate level in nursing here in nepal of 3 year program,please advice me for further process or what should i do ?

For Australian education you need to clear IELTS examination with minimum score of 6.5 to 7 bands. Then you can send your academics with your sop to the University. After that you can apply for the VISA when you will receive the UNI acceptance letter.
