Duration of PHD in UK is 3 years,Annual tuition fees is approx 10-12 laks depending on various universities ,some of the universities having PHd in Law are:University of Dundee,Hertfordshire,Kent,Leeds,Newcastle University etc,you need to submit your thesis (based on Masters degree)first along with all your academics mark sheets & 2 reference letters to the university & depending on that, university will offer you acceptance letter & then you can go for Visa. There is no Entrance exam except IELTS,so its advisable you give your IELTS.You can look for Masters in Law from UK,duration is 1 year & fees is approx 12-15 lakhs,& some of the Universities are:Bournemouth University,Dundee,Glasgow,Middlesex University etc,you need to have LLB for doing LLM & some of the university ask for IELTS,you need to fill post graduate application form & along with it submit your academics,2 Ref letter & SOP to Univ.Since you already have done LLM,you better go for PHD because during visa you might face a question that since you have done masters, why you want to go for 2nd Masters course from UK.For Visa, you need to have Acceptance Letter/Unconditional letter from University.
