i am pursued my diploma engg. in electronics & telecommunication in march 2001, thn was pursuing degre but in the third year i was dropped out, now i am planning to do distant learning, please provide me with the information and is it possible to do distant learning in abroad as well?

You can do the B.tech degree course through distance learning in India, there are many colleges which are providing B.tech through distance , name of these institutes are followings....
