i am pursuing bachelor of computer application. I'm currently in my final year. This is a three year degree course. i wish to pursue my masters in computer science . but i have many questions like which course to take up? which university accepts three year degree course? which courses i can apply in??

You can pursue MS in Computational Science, Computer Science. Computer and information System, MIS(Management Information Systems) etc.
