I am student doing my final year in biotechnology. I have 64% and i believe it will be around 65% on completion of my course and i also had arrears and i have cleared them. My history of arrears is 17, so it is possible for me to pursue higher studies in my filed in countries like Australia. Singapore,Malaysia, Canada ad Germany.

If you want to do masters in Australia then you need to have bachelors with minimum 50% marks. Then You need to clear IELTS examination with minimum score of 6.0 to 6.5 band. After that you need to send your SOP (statement of purpose) along with your academic certificates to the UNIVERSITIES.
