I did Btech in electronics with 67% in 2008 and my gre score is 1110 (740 370). I going to write tofel next sunday and expected score is > 85. please suggest some universities in US for doing MS for the above score with financial aid

please help suggest some safe universities in the united states for my friend. masters in biological sciences/cellular and molecular biology/biosciences/immunology/biomedical engineering his profile is as follows: Gre score:1110(Quants:740 and Verbal: 370) Analytical writing score:3.5/6 Toefl is expecting 100 b.tech biotech undergraduate upto 6th semester is 8.38/10.

I am a '07 mechanical engineering graduate from an NIT with a cgpa of 3.63/4 (US scale), but my GRE score is too low. (740 Q 370 V). I am in a fix whether to apply with this score or not as i wish to apply only in the top 20 programs in the US. Im yet to take TOEFL. Please guide me whether to retake GRE and apply for 2010 (i'll have a better profile by then) or to consider other options like UK/ India.

i am undergoing final year b tech in electronics and communication.My gre score is only 1060.of late i ve an aggregate of 70% in my btech till sixth semester.my toefl score is 82.is it possible for me to get admission into good universities which offer ms programs in telecommunication or should improve my gre score.pls suggest.
