i done b.tech in india in electronics and communications and i want to do M.S in u.s.a and i have 58% in b.tech it is possible to do m.s?

If you score good marks in GRE then chances of geeting admission into a good university MS program will be brighter since your B.Tech score is 58%. It is always better to score good band in GRE. You have to take up TOEFL test as well to secure admission. GRE score should be minimum 1300 - 1450 and TOEFL score 100.
