I dont have intermediate, I completed my 10th class and directly appeared for Graduation from Kakatiya University through distance mode I am elgible to write ielts and persue my MBA from Singapore.

Yes you can apply for the IELTS examination .
For IELTS preparation please check-IELTS preparation
you can not join MBA from Singapore because Singapore education are asking for 10,10+2 and + 3 yrs of graduation total 15 years of education.But you can join diploma course in Singapore.
