i got score in gre 950,tofel 70.btech 60% ece branch. may i get seat in my core feild to study ms in the any university of US ,that may not be top one ,if i get seat in average university also i may satisfied

Chances of admission in a average or lower ranked university is there but it is better to rewrite GRE & TOEFL and score minimum GRE 1200-1300 and TOEFL 89 and apply for a good university.
