i had completed my b.tech in bundelkhand university in jhansi in uttar pradesh..now i want to get an admission for this september 2008 in msc computers and networking, i haven't attendent any ielts exam ?

Depending on your percentage in Bachelors degree,you can look for Masters in computers and networking from UK.You can look for Masters from University of Portsmouth,Swansea Metropolitan University ,University of Essex ,Middlesex University etc.For more details of University: masters in computers and networking from UK.
Though IELTS is not mandatory in UK,but most of the top universities in UK ask for IELTS score,so its advisable you clear IELTS test.
