I have applied for student VISA from Australia for pursuing law, if I need to take transfer from one University to other is it possible?

For 1 calender year or duration of the course you cannot change your education provider except under special circumstances. If you are seeking credit transfers to some other University then you should have formal permission from both university and should should inform DIAC (Department of Immigration & Citizenship) regading your transfer.
