I have completed Masters(Post graduation Degree in Bangladesh from National University). One of my subjects was Strategic Studies. I want to do doctorate in this subject in distant learning mode. What can I do now?

Most of the Ph.D programs in Strategic studies are done through regular mode and not many universities offer Ph.D program in strategic studies through distance mode.Click here

Plz suggest me which can be a better option to study in masters degree, between public administration & mass media, which may be helpful in i.a.s. Also provide me with the names of some colleges which conduct these courses. thank you.
