I have completed my MCom through correspondence and have an ielts score of 6.5 .I have no work experience.Was wondering if i can do a PG diploma course in New Zealand.If so,What are the courses available and the colleges/instituts/uni.

You need to clear IELTS examination with minimum score of 6.5 to 7 bands. After that you need to send your SOP (statement of purpose) to the UNI. Then you can apply for the Visa when you will receive the Uni acceptance letter. PG DIPLOMA.
