Animation is a fast-emerging high-paying career option. To become an animator, you need intensive training in 2D or 3D animation. Professional diploma programs in animation and multimedia are available for higher study. You can specialize in creating animation characters, creating two- and/or three-dimensional shapes, special visual effects, video game programming, game art and so on. The basic requirement is that you must have excellent creative and artistic abilities such as flair for drawing, sketching or caricaturing. Sir/Madam, MAAC institute of India offers three kinds of career courses viz. Professional Diploma in 3D Animation and Visual Effects, Advanced Diploma in 3D Animation and Visaul Effects, and Advanced Diploma in 3D Animation and Visaul Effects Plus. Could you kindly guide me as to which one of these courses a 12 student fresh out of school can apply to? The concerned student has not yet received any formal education on any computer language. So which one should he take up for a good career in Animation? Should one advise him to take all these three different courses one after the other for a more lucrative career front? And, most importantly, what are the fee structures of all these three courses? And also, do one need to have a bachelor's degree for a better career in animation? if yes, then does MAAC offer such a degree in animation?
