  • I was denied a student visa for the United States at Mumbai Consulate. Can I get the decision reviewed at New Delhi Embassy?

    No, Unfortunately you would not be able to do so. Applicants denied a visa can only seek to have the decision reviewed by reapplying at the post where the visa was denied earlier.
