Health administration course is a non- clinical course and so you do not need any registration later. If you plan to work in the same health related industry then you can easily find good employment options in the country. For Universities that will give you courses in Health Administration are: Master of Health Administration (by Research) in University of New South Wales for 1.5 years, Master of Health Services Management in University of Western Sydney for 1 year, Master of Health Administration at La trobe University for 1.5 years, Master of Health Services Management at Monash University for 1.5 years, Master of Health Science (Health Services Management) at Queensland University of Technology for semesters and Master of Health Services Management at Griffith University for 1 years and many more. Also in Australia if you study for 2 years then you can get 1.5 years of work permit. If you work there in Australia for 1 years during this permit then you can go ahead and apply for your PR later.
