my 10th per is 65 ,my pu per is 55 and my degree per is 50 so in which foriegn university can i get the seat and what is the test format & how 2 apply

Students with 50 % or more marks are eligible for admission to post graduation courses in most of the universities abroad. English proficiency test like Toefl and Ielts are required for most of the universities abroad. GRE is required for admission to post graduation courses in science and engineering in countries like United States, Canada, some universities in Australia and Singapore.
