My gre score is 1310. my undergraduate aggregate is about 65%.I am currently in the final year engineering(Electronics and Telecom.). I want to pursue MS in telecommunication(US ). I am yet to give my TOEFL exam. I will get my degree next June. So when should i give my TOEFL exam so that i can get admitted to the MS course as soon as i complete my BE? Also, please guide me about the universities which are suitable considering my profile? Thanks...
