  • My name is Nellinda and I and from Hyderabad, India. I hold a Masters Degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor in Science degree in Maths, Electronics, and Computer Applications. I have been working for 5 years in the customer service industry and am currently working with Google India LTd. as a Team Lead. I have always been interested in teaching Mathematics. I request you to send me information on PGCE in Mathematics courses. I am looking at
    Roehampton Uni and Kings College. I conducted private tutorials at home for Maths for students from class 1 to 10.

    You can look for PGCE in marhematics from Roehampton University.Applicants should have a single subject degree in mathematics or a joint degree of which mathematics formed a substantial part.On the programme you will learn how pupils develop mathematical understanding, knowledge and skills. University lecturer will help you to develop a teaching style that enables your pupils to learn mathematics effectively and confidently.You need to have Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years Experience in teaching.In King's College London you can learn some modules like: ICT and mathematics teaching,Setting and 'ability',Equality of opportunity,Motivation and engagement,Mathematical modelling,Assessment methods,Resources and textbooks.To work as a teacher in state-maintained schools in England and Wales you need to have professional qualified teacher status (QTS).
