1.i just wanted to know that whether i should complete both GMAT and IELTS tests or any one of these.
2.can i do this test by next year (2009). or should i complete before.
3.can i get an application for MBA in Oxford Business School without done this test.
4. i don't know how to apply. pls give me clear details about this.

For admission to MBA at Oxford Business school you need to have IELTS only,GMAT score is not required.Depending on the percentage in Bachelors you can look for MBA.For admission, You need to fill MBA application Form(form can be down loaded from University Web site),along with that you need to submit all academics(class 10th Onwards),2 Reference Letters,SOP & need to submit it to International Office of Concern University.
